Job Description

Looking for a skilled TIG Welder who can bring precision and excellence to metal fabrication? As a key member of the team, the TIG Welder will interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, inspect welds for quality, and follow safety protocols. Required Skills:

Minimum of 3+ years of TIG welding experience

Proficient in welding stainless steel and thin-gauge materials

Ability to read technical drawings and interpret welding symbols

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in fabrication and assembly of metal parts

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

Relevant technical training or certification in welding preferred

Proven track record of delivering high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

Welding test required (50% markup / 480 hours)

Monday-Thursday schedule, 6AM-4:30PM, with occasional Friday overtime

Must maintain a clean and organized work area

Salary Range: $25–$30 per hour DOE
