Travel Agent - Remote

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as remote travel agents. In this role, you'll Work with clients to understand their vacation and travel needs. In this role, the agent assists clients with planning and booking travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reservations, responding to client inquiries, providing destination information, and handling changes or cancellations. The agent communicates with clients via phone, email, and online platforms while maintaining accurate records. The role also involves recommending travel options, promoting special offers, and supporting sales goals through excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

-Strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving for client needs.

-Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities.

-Professional and reliable.

-Comfortable using online booking platforms, email, and virtual communication tools. (Training is provided.)

-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

-A genuine interest in travel and helping others create memorable experiences.

-Previous sales, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful, but not required.
