Travel Agent - Remote

In this role, the agent assists clients with planning and booking travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reservations, responding to client inquiries, providing destination information, and handling changes or cancellations. The agent communicates with clients via phone, email, and online platforms while maintaining accurate records in booking systems. The role also involves recommending travel options, promoting special offers, and supporting sales goals through excellent customer service. Qualifications:
