SECURITY GUARD – CLUB/VENUE EXPERIENCE

Location: Lithonia, GA area

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Guard to join our team for a club/venue environment.

Requirements

3+ years of security experience required must be 230lbs or more

Strong preference for candidates with nightclub, club, security experience

Must be professional, alert, dependable, and able to handle high-energy environments

Must be physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position, including standing for extended periods, controlling access, responding to disturbances, and assisting with crowd management

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Must be reliable and able to work nights, weekends, and event hours

Security license/guard card required if applicable under Georgia law

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and performers

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas

Check identification and enforce venue policies

Monitor and manage crowd activity

Respond appropriately to disturbances and security incidents

Assist with emergency situations when necessary

Complete security checks and incident reports
