Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Job Description

A growing construction-focused services organization is seeking a Project Accountant to support financial tracking, job costing, and project reporting. This role partners closely with project managers and operations to monitor project performance and contribute to financial decision-making.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain job costing and project financial data

Assist with month-end close and reporting

Track project performance and profitability

Support percentage-of-completion calculations

Partner with operations to provide financial insight

Ensure accuracy of project cost reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–3 years of relevant experience (project, construction, or job cost accounting)

Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
