Leasing Manager

Schottenstein Real Estate Group is looking to fill the position of Leasing Manager at one of our new, upscale rental communities. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic and be customer service oriented. Great work environment with career growth opportunity. Excellent salary, commissions and benefits. Must be able to work weekends. Previous leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Help prospective residents find a new apartment home

-Process the application paperwork

-Prepare the lease/addendums

-Post monthly rent

-Answer the phone and respond to emails

-Plan resident events/activities

Qualifications and Skills

Previous leasing experience is preferred but not required

5 years customer service experience

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Teamwork
