Title: Process Engineer

Location: New Albany, OH.

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Rate: $50-$55/hr on W2

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking 2 Process Engineers to support pharmaceutical process scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing readiness for a portfolio of small molecule products. The engineer will act as a technical lead across development-to-commercialization activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish manufacturing processes, develop batch documentation, support validation campaigns, and drive process risk mitigation. This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, development, and external partners while providing technical support during product launches and lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can independently prioritize tasks, resolve complex process challenges, and support successful execution across multiple projects.

Required Skills:

Pharmaceutical process validation experience, preferably with oral solid dosage forms and liquid products

Experience with technology transfer, process scale-up, manufacturing support, and batch record development

Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

Experience with Minitab or statistical analysis

Small molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing experience

Experience supporting commercial launches, process optimization, CAPAs, and product lifecycle management

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline required.
