Compensation: $30-$35/hr

Client Overview:

Vernovis is partnering with a leading enterprise organization seeking a detail-oriented Physical Security Coordinator to support physical security operations, compliance activities, reporting, and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in corporate security, compliance, data management, and enterprise technology environments.

What You'll Do:

Maintain physical security records, databases, inventories, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and audit-ready documentation.

Perform data entry, validation, and quality assurance reviews to support security compliance and governance initiatives.

Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.

Support badge access reviews, compliance audits, and security documentation management.

Assist with SharePoint administration, document control, and records management activities.

Track projects, action items, inventories, and physical security technology assets.

Identify data discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, consistency, and data quality.

What Experience You'll Have:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field.

0-2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or entry-level administrative, operations, compliance, or technology roles.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving and analytical mindset.

What Experience is Nice to Have:

Experience with SharePoint administration, document management, or records management.

Exposure to Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, reporting, or working with large data sets.

Internship or professional experience supporting corporate security, compliance, facilities, business operations, or project coordination functions.
