Commercial Cleaning Technician (Independent Contractor / Subcontractor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented cleaning technician for an independent contractor subcontractor opportunity. Our company mantra is: "Quality cleaning is what we do best."

Required Service Schedule (32.5 Hours Per Week):

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

- Tuesday, Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Contract Requirements & Expectations:

- Dependability & Punctuality: Consistent attendance and on-time arrival to complete all assigned services during the listed schedule.

- Communication & Autonomy: Ability to work independently, complete services thoroughly, and maintain consistent communication with management.

- Professionalism: Professional appearance and conduct while on site. Positive attitude and respectful interaction with employees, clients, and visitors.

- Physical Capacity: Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.

- Safety & Logistics: A reliable vehicle / dependable transportation. Ability to follow site requirements and applicable safety instructions.

- Prerequisites: Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Must pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening (including THC/marijuana/smoke odors).

- Insurance: Must carry active General Liability Insurance (we can provide a referral link to a provider if you do not currently have one).
