**The Opportunity**

As the **Therapeutic Area Manager (Sr. Brand Manager)** , you will lead the process of establishing thorough brands/portfolio management by insight driven execution, evaluation, and creation of Brand Plans of responsible products/portfolio in order to contribute well to company profitable sales achievements while adhering to Abbott and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead the development of the annual Brand Plan and detailed Plans of Action (POAs) for designated product(s).

+ Translate global strategy into local tactics, setting clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs.

+ Own the A&P budget, forecast accurately, allocate resources, and monitor spend to ensure on-budget delivery of business goals.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders (KOLs), and payer stakeholders.

+ Proactively identify stakeholder needs and co-create value-add initiatives to drive product advocacy and preference.

+ Gather, analyze, and interpret market intelligence, including primary research, competitive activity, reimbursement trends, and policy shifts, to inform decision making.

+ Identify white-space opportunities, growth drivers, and potential threats, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

+ Partner closely with Sales, Trade Relations, Key Account Management, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to align on pricing, channel, and tender strategies.

+ Drive end-to-end implementation of commercial initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and accountable.

+ Build robust financial models and patient funnels to support business cases and pricing decisions.

+ Monitor P&L impact, track performance against forecasts, and implement corrective actions to optimize margin and ROI.

+ Serve as the country’s brand lead, tailoring global strategies to local market dynamics and acting as the primary liaison with regional and global marketing teams.

+ Champion innovation projects and best-practice sharing, accelerating brand growth and differentiation in market.

**Requirements**

**University graduate; Medical, Pharmacy or Marketing Management. MBA is preferred.**

+ At least 5-7 years’ experience in a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company in Marketing Department. Experience in other functions is preferred such as Sales Department.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Fluent English (writing & speaking) and advanced computer skills.

+ Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver results with minimal supervision, coordinating seamlessly with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other partners.

+ Demonstrated track record of at least one full new-product or new-indication launch (including planning, stakeholder engagement, A&P execution and post-launch tracking) to ensure readiness for complex roll-outs.
