Job Title: General Education Teacher (P–3rd Grade)

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated General Education Teacher to join our elementary team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will foster a positive classroom environment, deliver engaging instruction, and support the academic and social-emotional growth of students in grades PreK–3.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons in core subjects

Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

Maintain effective classroom management and a safe learning environment

Assess student progress and provide timely feedback

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student successQualifications:

Valid Ohio Teaching License (required)

Master’s degree and/or Reading Endorsement (preferred)

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Experience working with early childhood/elementary students
