Job Description :

Twin Flame Group is a boutique advisory firm focused on EBITDA maximization, strategic business growth, franchise consulting, valuation, and transaction readiness.

We work with business owners who are building toward scale, stronger cash flow, or a future exit. Our work is analytical and execution-focused. We help owners understand what creates enterprise value, identify what is holding that value back, and build a clear path forward.

The Role

We are seeking an Analyst to support financial analysis, valuation, transaction preparation, buyer research, and client deliverables.

This is not a traditional salaried analyst position.

The role begins as an independent contractor with performance-based compensation. There is no guaranteed base salary. Compensation is tied to collected client success fees. Strong performers may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role as the firm scales.

This role is best suited for someone who wants direct exposure to valuation, private equity, M&A, business advisory, and transaction execution—and is comfortable with compensation tied to results.

What You’ll Do

Financial Modeling & Valuation

Build and maintain DCF, LBO, three-statement, public-company comparable, and precedent-transaction models. Analyze EBITDA, cash flow, capital structure, operating performance, and valuation drivers.

Pitch Books & Transaction Materials

Create professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), teasers, valuation materials, and other client-facing deliverables.

Due Diligence & Data Rooms

Organize virtual data rooms, review seller financial information, track diligence requests, identify missing information, and help prepare clients for buyer review.

Buyer & Investor Research

Research industries and companies to identify strategic acquirers, private equity firms, family offices, and other potential transaction counterparties.

Transaction Process Management

Maintain buyer and transaction logs. Track NDAs, marketing-material distribution, diligence activity, bids, follow-ups, and process status.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another highly quantitative field

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookup functions, financial formulas, and financial modeling

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements

Working knowledge of three-statement modeling and common valuation methodologies

At least one internship in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, or a closely related field

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

We value demonstrated capability more than pedigree. Additional advantages include:

Degree from a highly ranked finance, accounting, economics, or business program

SIE, Series 79, or Series 63

Progress toward the CFA charter

Wall Street Prep or similar financial-modeling training

Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, or comparable financial databases

Prior exposure to lower-middle-market M&A, private equity, or business valuation

Ability to perform accurately under demanding transaction deadlines

Compensation

Independent Contractor — Performance Based

There is no guaranteed base salary during the contractor phase.

Analyst compensation is expected to equal 5%–15% of Twin Flame Group' collected success fee on qualifying engagements, subject to the specific engagement and the analyst's contribution.
