Customer Service/Sales Representative

Pay: From $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually

Koi Inc. is anticipating enormous growth and expansion in 2026 and are hiring 5 Sales and Customer Service Representatives at our Chicago location. The customer services and sales representative will play a huge part in helping us scale our operations and grow organically.

In this role, the Sales and Customer Service Representative will help educate customers on the best services for their needs, while implementing sales and communication strategies. Through trained customer service and sales techniques, our customer service team has acquired an unprecedented amount of new customers while supporting them through the acquisition process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospect, qualify and follow up on new clients and sales leads- NO COLD CALLING!

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our client and their services

Offer consultative advice aligned with the needs of the customers

Develop strong, ongoing relationships customers

Collaborate with other team members to optimize the sales effort

Travel on site to develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty in person
