Qualifications

Must have five (5) years of experience in banking operations with at least two (2) years management experience.

Knowledge of banking policies, practices, and procedures, and an understanding of accounting and finance principles

Proficient in oral and written communication

Effective Leadership and team management skills

Customer Service Oriented

Analytical and can work under pressure

Knowledgeable in MS Office and the use of internet

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
