QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous varsity high school experience, head coach, or coordinator preferred.

Maintains a highly competitive program with integrity that will compete for championships.

Values sportsmanship and the CIF theme of pursuing victory with honor.

A philosophy that aligns with the school-wide behavior expectations.

Brands the program with attractive and appealing spirit wear and uniforms.

Provides guidance and contacts for players wanting to play at the next level.

Believes in the ideals of sharing student/athletes.

Interviews will be held in person at DEL SOL HIGH SCHOOL
