Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support the firm's attorneys in a high-volume subrogation practice. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a personal injury or insurance defense law firm who enjoys working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Previous experience as a Paralegal, Litigation Legal Assistant, or similar legal support role

Required: Experience working in a personal injury or insurance defense law firm. Civil Litigation firm (minimum 2-years) – subrogation work

Experience preparing discovery, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents

Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
