Machine Learning Software Engineer

The Omnichannel Core Platform team is looking for a Machine Learning Software Engineer who can work with model development, deployment and training of models. We as a team own a lot of data and would like to effectively use this for our customers benefit and eventually providing efficiency and effectiveness to their experiences through our platforms.

Expectation:

Self-Learner, Self-Motivated to execute the assigned tasks and idea to a implementable solution.

Work with minimum hand holding, should be able to guide the team in the Machine Learning concepts and model development

Will have to be able to deal with millions of data and thus the SQL skills is necessary

Technical:

5+ years' work experience in software development area with at least 2+ years' experience in Machine Learning, building and deploying Models.

Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

Excellent problem solving skills, can triage and resolve critical tech issues without supervision.

Experience in big data technology such as Hadoop/Spark/Pig/HBASE/Streaming

Expertise in building NLP, Computer vision AI models

Hands on expertise and contributions in AI Algorithms Research

Mastering at least one scripting language such as Unix Shell/Python/Perl/JS

Knowledge or experience in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java/Node is a plus

Hands on web application development skill (HTML5/CSS/JS) is a very big plus

Tableau or any other reporting skills is a plus

Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a high velocity, high quality environment.

Strong communication skills in Oral and Written English.

Geek style is a big plus
