If yes, you’ll thrive here. As the Deployment Lead on a traveling team, you’ll own network cabling installation and decommissioning in active data centers. You’ll work from building documentation, partner with stakeholders, and clear obstacles before they become delays. Your mission
Deliver reliable copper and fiber connectivity across MDFs and data halls while upholding standards, codes, and project schedules. How you’ll make it happen
Install and decommission network cabling infrastructure in data center environments.
Translate blueprints and building documentation into work plans and cable paths.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to synchronize activities and resolve conflicts.
Apply and uphold applicable industry standards and building codes throughout execution.
Proactively remove issues that could delay the project timeline.
Perform fusion splicing, terminations, and end-to-end testing/troubleshooting.
Lead work within MDFs and coordinate dependencies across data hall spaces. What you know
Broad understanding of data centers.
Strength in cabling infrastructure, copper/fiber cable handling, fusion splicing, MDF work, and troubleshooting. Environment & technologies
