Job Description

We are looking for a commercial plumber!

Direct Hire Position

Pay: DOE, 36-46/hr Benefits include:

THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECK TO BE CONDUCTED PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT, NO VIOLENT OR SEXUAL CHARGES ALLOWED Job Minimum Qualifications:

Proven track record/references with at least 3 -5 years’ plumbingexperience in construction procedures, equipment and OSHAguidelines.

Ability to read, understand and apply plumbing codes

Ability to read, understand specifications and blueprints

Ability to communicate and report effectively as required bycustomer or management.

Ability to work both independently and as part of the team. Instructapprentices as needed.

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and uneven terrain

Valid Driver’s license

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to work a flexible schedule including Evenings or weekends asneeded.

Submit to drug testing Responsibilities:

Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components; asrequired by building code and installation requirements.

Review building Plans and specifications

Identify required tools and special equipment

Identity required type and size of pipe required

Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures

Install supports, hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment

Assemble and install valves and fittings.

Install water equipment, piping and controls

Install Underground storm sanitary and water piping systems

Install Fixtures (Sinks, tubs, Toilets.)

Install Water Heaters

Testing pipe system and fixtures for stability. Ref: #686-Tech Millersville
