Organize electronic files, documents, spreadsheets, forms, and records according to established company procedures.
Transfer information from paper documents, emails, forms, reports, and other sources into digital systems.
Verify data by comparing entries against original documents and source information.

Ability to learn and navigate databases, CRM systems, and other business software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Ability to identify errors and resolve routine discrepancies.
Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
Remote Work Requirements
Because this is a Work From Home position, candidates should have a reliable internet connection, a suitable computer, and a quiet and professional workspace. Employees must be able to maintain consistent working hours and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues through approved company communication platforms.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently while also participating in virtual meetings and collaborating with colleagues located in different departments or locations.
Candidates should also understand the importance of protecting company and customer information while working remotely. Confidential documents and data must only be accessed, stored, transmitted, and shared through authorized company systems and according to company policies.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is highly organized and enjoys working with detailed information. You should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks without sacrificing accuracy and should have the discipline to carefully review your work before submitting it.
A successful Data Entry Specialist understands that even small errors can affect customer service, financial records, project information, scheduling, reporting, and business operations. For this reason, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
We are also looking for someone who takes initiative. When you encounter incomplete information, an unusual record, or a potential error, you should be willing to investigate the issue or ask the appropriate person for clarification rather than making assumptions.
Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be evaluated based on:
Accuracy and quality of data entered.
Productivity and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
Completeness and organization of records.
Attention to detail.
Compliance with company procedures.
Confidentiality and responsible handling of information.
