Reporting to the Count Team Supervisor the Count Team Cashier is accountable for providing efficient and effective collecting, counting and recording of gaming and non-gaming revenue and superior internal and external customer service.

Please note this is a part time role - We can offer a minimum of 24 hours per week and a maximum of 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

A strong focus on customer service ensuring Crown’s service values and a seamless customer experience is consistently delivered.

Demonstrated knowledge of Count Room SOPs, procedures, processes and equipment functionality

Collect, count and record gaming and non-gaming revenue.

Ensure all revenue handling processes are completed with a high level of precision and integrity

To learn and understand the Count Room SOPs, procedures, processes and equipment functionality

About you

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

Demonstrated customer service experience.

Proven reliability and accountability when handling cash and sensitive information

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
