Hiring & Onboarding

Driver recruitment and screening

Interview scheduling

Amazon Portal onboarding

Background Checks & Drug Tests

ADP, I-9 & E-Verify

ATS and candidate record management

Payroll

Timecard review

Payroll processing

Attendance, PTO & payroll adjustments

Bonus processing

Payroll documentation and compliance

Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of Amazon DSP experience in Hiring & Onboarding or Payroll Operations

Good English communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently from home
