As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.

Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards.

Managing inventory and ensuring proper food storage.

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards.

Contributing to menu planning and recipe development.What We're Looking For

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, with leadership experience preferred.
