Accounting Associate - 2 Yrs Exp - Sal:25K-30K - MAKATI

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting

At least 1–3 years of experience in General Accounting

Knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accruals, journal entries, and financial statement preparation

Familiarity with BIR tax compliance, government remittances, and other statutory requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably familiar with accounting software

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Preferably with experience in the Real Estate and/or Agriculture industry

Willing to work in Makati City

Can start as soon as possible

Job Description:

Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports

Prepare accounting reports and maintain books of accounts

Prepare bank reconciliations, accruals, journal vouchers, trial balances, and financial statements

Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis

Assist in the preparation of tax returns, government remittances, and other statutory reports

Assist in reviewing inventory and product costing

Assist in year-end audit requirements

Handle cashiering functions, including collections, deposits, withdrawals, and check preparation

Prepare statements of account, debit memos, and other accounting schedules

Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by Management

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 30,000

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
