Multi-Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Drive performance by implementing strategies to increase profitability and meet sales targets

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across all locations

Lead and develop store managers and staff, including training on company policies and sales techniques

Coordinate with the Human Resources team to bolster staff recruitment, retention, and scheduling

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain adequate stock across all locations

Implement marketing and promotional efforts aligned with corporate goals

Prepare and analyze management reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity

Address customer feedback and resolve any issues to maintain the Sheetz reputation for customer satisfaction
