Plant Nursery Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Plant Nursery Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on position for someone who loves plants, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to learn.

Plant-care experience is a plus, but NOT required. We will train the right person!

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist customers with selecting plants and gardening products.

Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish.

Water, prune, trim, clean, organize, and care for plants.

Learn and follow proper plant-care procedures.

Help identify basic plant health issues, pests, and diseases.

Plant, move, load, unload, and organize plants and supplies.

Use gardening tools and equipment safely.

Assist with general nursery, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Use common sense and quick problem-solving skills when handling daily tasks.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Must love plants and enjoy working around them.

Previous plant-care experience is a plus, NOT required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Reliable, hardworking, friendly, and willing to learn.

Good common sense and ability to solve problems quickly.

Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.

Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds when needed.

Able to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Comfortable working with a team and independently.
