Experience in Level 1 trauma and neuro preferred.Description: This is a variable shift position with night shifts from 18:30 to 07:00.
Weekends and holidays may be required.
Call is required Monday through Friday from 21:00 to 06:30, and Saturday and Sunday from 06:30 to 19:00 or 18:30 to 07:00.
Experience with Da Vinci Xi robot is mandatory.
Experience in ophthalmology or liver transplant is mandatory.
Proficiency in either neurosurgery or orthopedic services is required.
Fingernails enhancements, including artificial nails, are prohibited.
All jewelry or armbands must be removed from upper extremities prior to scrubbing.
Work may involve floating to different units as needed.
Daily census includes 45-50 surgical procedures.
The types of surgical procedures may include general surgery, robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, trauma surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, spinal surgery, and various other specialties.
Candidates are expected to comply with credentialing processes promptly.
Two professional references are required, with at least one from a managerial or supervisory role.
Travelers must have previous charge experience and may encounter fingerprinting processes as part of compliance.
