We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together.We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer, this role will be responsible for administering and scaling core IT platforms including Google Workspace, JAMF, Microsoft Intune/Azure AD, Okta, and CrowdStrike, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across the organization.This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning systems end-to-end, partnering closely with Security and IT leadership, and continuously improving the employee technology experience while maintaining a security-first posture.What You'll DoSystems Architecture & AdministrationDesign, implement, and maintain scalable IT architecture for:Google WorkspaceJAMF (macOS and iOS device management)Microsoft Intune and Azure Active DirectoryOkta identity and access managementCrowdStrike Falcon endpoint protectionOwn system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and lifecycle managementPartner with Security and IT leadership on tooling selection, architecture decisions, and roadmap planningIdentity, Endpoint & Security ManagementManage Okta SSO, MFA, user lifecycle workflows, and SaaS application integrationsAdminister Azure AD users, groups, conditional access policies, and role-based access controlsDeploy, manage, and maintain CrowdStrike Falcon across macOS and Windows endpointsMonitor endpoint security posture, investigate alerts, and coordinate response actions as neededEnsure adherence to security best practices, least-privilege access, and compliance standardsEndpoint ManagementDeploy, manage, and support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices using JAMF and Microsoft IntuneAutomate device provisioning, patching, compliance checks, and security enforcementTroubleshoot endpoint hardware, OS, application, and security agent issuesSupport & OperationsProvide Tier 2/3 support for identity, endpoint, workspace, and security platformsServe as an escalation point for complex IT and endpoint security incidentsCreate and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, processes, and SOPsParticipate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as requiredAutomation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate IT and security workflows to reduce manual effortContinuously improve system reliability, security posture, and end-user experienceSupport audits, security reviews, and incident response activitiesWho You Are3–5 years of experience in IT systems engineering, systems administration, or a related roleHands-on experience administering:Google WorkspaceJAMFMicrosoft Intune and Azure Active DirectoryOktaCrowdStrike FalconExperience supporting MacOS and Windows endpoint environmentsStrong understanding of identity management, endpoint security, and modern IT architecturesProven troubleshooting, documentation, and incident response skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in zero trust or security-first IT environmentsScripting or automation experience (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)Familiarity with SIEM tools, security alerting, or endpoint telemetryExperience in fast-growing, startup, or highly regulated environmentsRelevant certifications (Google, JAMF, Microsoft, Okta, CrowdStrike) are a plusWhy You'll Love Working HereDaily free lunch to keep you fueled and connected with the teamFlexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need itComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6–8 weeks for birthing parents (12–14 weeks total)401(k) retirement plan through EmpowerGenerous employee referral bonuses—help us grow our team!Who We AreAt Path Robotics we love coming to work to solve interesting and tough challenges but also because our ideas are welcomed and valued.
