Senior Electrical Construction Specialist

Shinsung E&G USA Inc., a designer and contractor of advanced cleanroom facilities for high-technology manufacturing plants, is seeking a full-time Senior Electrical Construction Specialist for its Electrical Construction Department.

Work Location: LG Energy Solution Arizona Advanced Battery Manufacturing Complex – Field Office, 335 E. Pecos Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85140

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Annual Salary: $97,000

Duties:

Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, installation standards, schedules, and client requirements. Develop field-execution plans and determine installation methods, materials, tools, manpower, and work priorities. Oversee the installation of conduits, cable trays, power and control wiring, control panels, grounding systems, and power-distribution components. Inspect work for compliance with project specifications, NEC requirements, and quality standards; identify nonconforming work and implement corrective measures. Troubleshoot field installation issues, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and Korean project stakeholders, and support testing, commissioning, technician training, and project reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 10 years of industrial electrical construction experience, including at least two years on EV battery or semiconductor manufacturing projects.

• Proficiency in industrial electrical systems and in reading electrical drawings and technical specifications.

• Experience supervising technicians, coordinating trades, conducting inspections, correcting nonconforming work, and supporting testing and commissioning.

• Knowledge of NEC and OSHA requirements, with the ability to interpret Korean-origin technical requirements and communicate with Korean project stakeholders.
