Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program

Coursework/Training: Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet department needs.

Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License

Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
