Schedule: Weekly Rotating Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Type: Full-Time Overtime Available

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting production operations throughout the facility by:

Supporting machine crews and assisting with daily production operations

Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications

Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and production runs

Operating conveyor systems and handling materials safely

Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

Working in departments such as Corrugator, Printing, Finishing, and Shipping as needed

Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas

Following all safety procedures, quality standards, and plant policies

Working as part of a team to achieve production and customer goals

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operator, forklift, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required

Individuals looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity

Strong attendance and dependability

Commitment to safety and quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic math skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

High School Diploma or GED preferred
