McDonagh Demolition is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our administrative, project, and operational teams.

The successful candidate will help transform business and project information into accurate reports and useful insights that support better decision-making, improve efficiency, and help management monitor company performance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze operational and business data.

Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and electronic records.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

Analyze project performance, costs, productivity, and operational trends.

Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and data-quality issues.

Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates.

Work with project, accounting, administration, and operations teams to gather required information.

Assist management with data-driven decision-making.

Identify trends and provide recommendations for improving processes and efficiency.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.

Perform data-entry and administrative duties related to reporting and analysis.

Support other analytical projects and reporting requirements as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to organize and interpret information effectively.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Reliable internet access for remote work.

Preferred:

Previous experience in data analysis, business administration, finance, construction, operations, or a related field.

Experience with Excel functions, pivot tables, charts, and data visualization.

Experience with reporting or business-intelligence tools.

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
