Conduct phone and virtual client appointments

Learn about client needs and answer questions

Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally

Assist with applications, enrollment, and digital documentation

Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records

Build positive, professional client relationships

Participate in virtual training and team meetings
