As a PRN MRI Technologist, you'll provide flexible coverage in our newly built Reston/Herndon Imaging Center, delivering exceptional outpatient MRI services using advanced GE 1.5T and 3T MRI systems.

As a PRN MRI Technologist, you'll deliver exceptional MRI services while helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their imaging experience.Perform Advanced MRI Imaging
Perform routine and specialty MRI examinations
Produce consistently high-quality diagnostic images
Operate advanced GE 1.5T and 3T MRI systems
Adapt imaging protocols to meet individual patient needsDeliver Exceptional Patient Care
Create a calm, reassuring experience for every patient
Explain MRI procedures clearly and compassionately
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout each examination
Provide exceptional customer service from arrival through completion of the examMaintain Clinical Excellence
Follow MRI safety protocols and best practices
Complete accurate documentation in PACS and RIS
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging
Maintain imaging quality standards while supporting efficient patient flowWhat You'll BringRequired
Six months or more of MRI experience or successful completion of a formal MRI training program
ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), or ARMRIT certification
Current BLS certification
Strong customer service and communication skillsPreferred
Experience in an outpatient imaging environment
Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems
Experience performing specialty MRI examinations
Experience working with GE MRI systemsWhat Success Looks Like

Based on your qualifications and experience, the compensation range for this position is:
$41.65 - $56.35 per hour (plus generous shift differential - where applicable)
