We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our team. Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Location: Columbus, OH Contract

AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize artificial intelligence tools and cloud artificial intelligence services, ensuring proper cloud or on-premises application pipelines with production-ready quality. Your work will involve applying generative artificial intelligence models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Database Architecture is required. Expert proficiency in AI Agents is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning, Foundation Model Fine Tuning, and Foundation Models is suggested. Lead the design and implementation of scalable artificial intelligence solutions that align with project goals and client needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate artificial intelligence components seamlessly into existing systems. Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for enhancing model performance and application efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to improve project outcomes.
