Truss Laborer

NOW HIRING – TRUSS LABORER

Location: Lindon or St. George, Utah

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour

Full-time Two shifts available

Long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Truss Laborers to help build roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects.

Previous truss-building knowledge or related construction experience is preferred. Candidates with basic experience who are motivated to continue learning are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble roof and floor trusses according to work instructions

* Measure and cut wood at the required angles

* Hammer gussets and connector plates onto trusses

* Run completed trusses through roller machinery

* Move, lift, and stack trusses

* Operate tools and equipment safely

* Follow work orders and production instructions

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Assist with other production duties as needed

Requirements:

* Basic truss-building, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred

* Ability to use basic measuring tools and perform practical math

* Willingness to learn and follow instructions

* Dependable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team

* Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

* Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive physical work

* Basic English comprehension is helpful for understanding workplace instructions

* Must pass a background check and drug screening

* Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify
