Management Consulting Expert

Specific Specialists is hiring Management Consulting Experts.

This role is for U.S.-based consultants and business problem-solvers who can create and provide high-quality consulting data. You will produce original, synthetic, or properly authorized case materials, operating models, process maps, market analyses, interview summaries, executive presentations, and implementation plans across strategy, operations, growth, and transformation.

Location: United States only

Engagement: Flexible contract projects

Compensation: $100/hour

Schedule: Flexible; varies by project

What you'll do:

- Create client-style datasets and work products with clear objectives, operating facts, constraints, analyses, and decision criteria.

- Produce structured case files, models, process maps, market research, interview-style notes, slides, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.

- Label assumptions, sources, calculations, business context, dependencies, risks, and intended decisions so the materials are reusable and interpretable.

- Use synthetic or fully authorized materials and remove client names, confidential strategies, employee information, and other restricted content.

Required qualifications:

- Currently based in the United States.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience or advanced practical training in management, strategy, operations, technology, implementation, or internal consulting.

- Strong structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, synthesis, and business writing skills.

- Ability to work independently with ambiguous prompts and explain how evidence supports a recommendation.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience at a consulting firm, internal strategy team, transformation office, or client-service organization.

- Background building executive presentations, financial or operational models, and implementation roadmaps.

- MBA or other advanced training in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
