Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Owner’s Representative to support delivery oversight on a flagship hyperscale data center program in Columbus, Ohio.

This is a high-impact role acting on behalf of the owner across a complex, large-scale mission-critical construction project. You will ensure alignment between design intent and field execution, drive accountability across GC/EPC partners, and support successful delivery of one of the region’s most significant data center developments.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Owner’s Representative across all project phases

Oversee design coordination, preconstruction, procurement, and construction execution

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones

Drive accountability across GC and EPC partners

Ensure alignment between design intent and field delivery

Support commissioning and handover activities

Manage stakeholder communication across technical and executive teams

Requirements

Proven experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects

Strong background across full project lifecycle delivery

Experience with schedule and cost control on complex builds

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors

Strong understanding of design coordination and construction execution
