We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Copy Editor to join our growing content team. You will polish and refine digital content, ensuring it meets high standards of clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Proofread and edit articles, blog posts, and marketing materials for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

Improve readability and flow while keeping the author's original voice intact.

Verify facts, dates, and statistics for accuracy.

Enforce style guides (such as AP Style or Chicago Manual of Style) across all published pieces.

Collaborate with writers and content creators to provide constructive feedback and meet deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional copy editing or proofreading experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Language Skills: Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Word.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies under tight deadlines.
