We’re seeking a Sr Packaging Engineer to work at a premier pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry leader industry in Juncos, PR.

Salary: $45.00 hr - W2

Shift: 8hrs shift Administrative - with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.

Requirements:

Master degree in Engineerin and 2 yrs experince OR Bachelor degree in Engineering and 4 years of Engineering experience.

Experience with packaging equipment and design of new equipment processes

Experience in project management, and validations —preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical settings.

Are knowledgeable in GMPs/GLPs and committed to quality standards

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanishhat’s a typical day as Sr Packaging Engineer? You’ll be:

Optimizing packaging processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to ensure smooth production

Supervising and mentoring engineering staff, fostering a collaborative team environment

Leading and executing complex capital projects from design through validation
