Job Description*:

· An experienced PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll Functional Lead (8+ years of hands-on experience) to drive a Payroll Transformation initiative across the EMEA and APAC regions.

· Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Global Payroll and Benefits, payroll vendor integrations, business process redesign, and stakeholder management.

· Lead the review and redesign of payroll and benefits business processes, identifying gaps and implementing scalable future-state solutions across multiple countries.

· Manage end-to-end integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and third-party payroll vendors (like ADP, Alight, or regional payroll providers), ensuring accurate and timely inbound and outbound data flows.

· Act as the primary liaison between business users, payroll vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive project deliverables.

· Configure and support complex PeopleSoft 9.2 Global Payroll and Benefits functionality to meet regional and country-specific business requirements.

· Create and maintain functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, test strategies, UAT plans, and regression testing documentation.

· Partner closely with developers to review technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional guidance on Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, and related components.

· Perform root-cause analysis of payroll processing issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies, leveraging advanced SQL and system knowledge.

· Ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations, data privacy requirements (including GDPR), and local statutory reporting obligations across EMEA and APAC.
