Job Description*:

· Experience of leading & managing the team and Business stakeholders.

· Can handle development activity independently

· Must have Veeva Platform certification.

· End to End testing for the new functionalities before handing over to QA team.

· Developing integrations with other System.

· Complete impact analysis for the scheduled quarterly releases of Veeva.

· Maintain SDLC for the new developments.

· Handling and resolving day to day user queries L3 level activity.

· Basic Knowledge on different integrations used with Veeva (MuleSoft/Informatica/Snaplogic)

· Manage User Accounts & System Security

· Document Type & Field Administration

· Object Maintenance

· Maintain and Troubleshoot Lifecycles

· Maintain and Troubleshoot Content Access

· Maintain and Troubleshoot Workflows

· Manage quality data & picklist.

· Mange quality events & actions

· Perform internal & external Audits.

· Create reports & Dashboard.

· Configure Vault object.

· manage workflow.

· Configure Formatted output forms.

· Good Knowledge of Veeva General releases – Auto and configuration features impact analysis.
