Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services.

In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing, optimize medication therapy, and provide patient and caregiver counseling.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to monitor drug interactions, manage complex regimens, and support recovery goals.
