Job Description*:

• Minimum 12+ years of IT experience with strong Pega expertise and Pega LSA certification (mandatory).

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pega LSA, leading solution design and architecture decisions.

• Strong experience in Pega architecture, Constellation, integrations, security, and enterprise application design.

• Excellent business knowledge with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable Pega solutions.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with expertise in performance tuning, PDC analysis, debugging, and production issue resolution.

#Mandatory skills:

Pega 8.x (LSA Certified)

#Desired skills:

Ø REST/SOAP Web Services.Ø SQL and Database Design.Ø DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).Ø Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) exposure.Ø Microservices architecture knowledge.
