What You'll Do
Provide surgical and procedural care in hospital and/or ambulatory settings
Perform procedures consistent with training and specialty focus
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia, hospital medicine, and specialty services
Support perioperative care, patient safety, and quality outcomes
Participate in service line development and expansion of surgical programs
Contribute to community engagement and access to care initiatives
Maintain a strong commitment to Novant Health's quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
Completion of an accredited residency program
Fellowship training (for subspecialty roles, as applicable)Licensure / Certification
Board certified or board eligible in applicable surgical specialty
Current MD/DO license (or eligibility) in South Carolina
DEA licenseExperience & Skills
Strong procedural and surgical skillset within specialty
Interest in program growth and service line development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
