Subway® Manager Position

As part of the Subway® team, you will focus on providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring that great food is prepared and served, keeping our restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful, managing inventory and money control systems, coordinating local marketing initiatives, recruiting staff, maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security, and being a team player.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales, identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales, supporting local and national marketing initiatives, and planning special events and promotions.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Experience in a restaurant environment for a minimum of two years, and experience in supervising and training staff is required. Essential functions include being an excellent communicator, having computer knowledge, and the physical ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed, operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register, and the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
