Position Details:

Supernormal is thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join our senior management team. We are currently seeking to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Manager with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Running smooth and profitable services to a high operational standard

• Driving the recruitment, training and the development of your team

• Ensuring the maintenance of high productivity and good staff morale

• Conducting monthly performance management appraisals

• Writing costed rosters that adhere to budgets

• Building rapport with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business

• Working closely with the kitchen and reservation team in the planning of functions &special events

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience

• Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.

• In depth knowledge of food and wine

• The ability to control the financial performance of the venue

• We are looking for a generous manager, someone who is willing to share their time, knowledge and love for what they do.

Salary

$75,000 to $85,000 annual base salary
