Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for various patients, identifying their specific needs and challenges.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the patients' goals and rehabilitation objectives.

Regularly reassess patients to track clinical progress, adjusting treatment goals and methods as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Document all treatments and care plans accurately using our electronic health record system, adhering to established timelines for documentation.

Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, helping them navigate the challenges they may encounter.

Achieve minimum utilization goals and meet other key business objectives to contribute to the clinic's operational success.

Collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or DPT degree is preferred.

Current and unrestricted California licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Willingness to provide evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth, as clinically appropriate.

A strong passion for working with a diverse patient population.

Ability to maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Strong collaboration skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Preferred Experience

Experience in a rehabilitation facility or clinic setting.
