Process Associate - Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities

Perform regular quality checks on processed transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

Select appropriate samples of transactions for auditing based on defined sampling techniques

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and dashboards

Conduct regular audits to identify errors, process deviations, and compliance issues

Work closely with operation teams to ensure quality objectives are met and resolve issues alise with the team members

Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate process efficiency

Work closely with operations teams and client representatives to identify and resolve quality-related issues

Conduct periodic quality audits with a focus on compliance and performance

Prepare/maintain dashboards through Power BI

Bring out ideas and improve processes through automation using the available automation tools

Person Specifications

6+ months of relevant experience in Auditing Division / Quality Assurance Division in BPO Sector with prior experience in preparing Audit reports, MIS reports, Dashboards, etc

Basic understanding of analytical tools/automation tools such as Power BI/Power Query Workplaces

Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification

Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel (Knowledge in Macro would be advantage)

Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

Basic understanding of analytical tools/automation tools such as Power BI/Power Query

Willingness to work on shifts based on requirement and ravel when required to Infomate Work Locations
