Oracle Solutions Architect Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an Oracle Solutions Architect Manager with 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience, including 5+ years in architecture/solution-design leadership, to own EBS R12 architecture, integration strategy, modernization, governance, and technical/functional design.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 solution architecture across Financials, Procurement, and Projects.

Define cross-module architecture for P2P, O2C, B2R, FA GL, and PA GL.

Lead architecture reviews for RICEW, integrations, customizations, and enhancements.

Manage architects, functional leads, and senior developers; drive architectural governance and best practices.

Oversee OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, staging tables, and integration architecture.

Lead R12.2 ADOP/EBR, performance, scalability, and environment strategy.

Govern SOD, security, audit, compliance, and system controls.

Lead ERP modernization/cloud initiatives and engage with Finance, Procurement, Operations, OCI, and IT leadership.

Strong EBS R12, ADOP, EBR

OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI, staging-table integrations

Strong Financials, Procurement, Projects, and data models

ERP modernization/cloud migration

Strong SOD, audit, compliance, and governance

Excellent executive-level communication.

Preferred

OCI EBS modernization API Gateway DevOps CI/CD Cloud observability PMP TOGAF Oracle Cloud certifications.
